未来人类社会生活和法律的内容

In the human body, every cell, every organ, every nerve has its part to play. When all do so the body is healthy, vigorous, radiant, ready for every call made upon it. No cell, however humble, lives apart from the body, whether in serving it or receiving from it. This is true of the body of mankind in which God has endowed each humble being with ability and talent, and is supremely true of the body of the Baha’i world community, for this body is already an organism, united in its aspirations, united in its methods, seeking assistance and confirmation from the same Source, and illumined with the conscious knowledge of its unity. Therefore, in this organic, divinely guided, blessed, and illumined body the participation of every believer is of the utmost importance, and is a source of power and vitality as yet unknown to us. ——Universal House of Justice.

人体内每个细胞、器官、神经都有一定的角色，当全体参与各司其职，身体就健康了；活力充沛，精神焕发，随时准备应付工作。细胞尽管微乎其微，却没有一个可以脱离身体独自存在，它接受身体的供应，也以服务回馈身体。人类的身体也是如此，在这里，每个微小的生命都得到上天赐予能力与天分，使他能够执行任务。在巴哈伊社群的身体里，这个道理更是千真万确。因为巴哈伊社群已经是一个有机的生命体，有共同的理想、统一的方法、向同一个源头获取协助，也由这个源头获得肯定，并受到清醒的团结之光所照耀。因此，在这个受到上天指引、祝福，光辉的有机体内，每一个信徒的参与都是至为重要的。这是一个尚未为人们所知的力量与活力的泉源。——世界正义院。

Undoubtedly the friends of God, upon such a day must leave tangible philanthropic or ideal traces that should reach all mankind and not pertain only to the Baha’is. 

这一天，上天的朋友们应当留下一些人道的物件，或理想的小品，给全人类，而不是只给巴哈伊朋友而己。

The friends must never mistake the Baha’i administration for an end in itself. It is merely the instrument of the spirit of the Faith. This Cause is a Cause which God has revealed to humanity as a whole. It is designed to benefit the entire human race, and the only way it can do this is to reform the community life of mankind, as well as seeking to regenerate the individual. The Baha’i administration is only the first shaping of what in future will come to be the social life and laws of community living. As yet the believers are only first beginning to grasp and practice it properly. So we must have patience if at times it seems a little self conscious and rigid in its workings. It is because we are learning something very difficult but very wonderful——-how to live together as a community of Baha’is according to the glorious teachings. ——Shoghi Effendi, (through his secretary).

朋友们不要错误地把巴哈伊教务管理体制，当作一个终极目标，它只是信仰的一个工具。上天启示了这个圣道给全民，它的设计完全为了裨益全人类，然而，唯有改革社会生活、同时改造个人，方可达到这个目标。巴哈伊行政系统不过是整个雕塑的一部分，它最终将成为人类社会生活和法律的内容。可是目前，教友们尚处于学习和实践的阶段，若有意识过强或运作的生硬，我们需要忍耐。我们其实在学习一件非常困难、又极其了不起的事——如何在一个叫巴哈伊的社区里，根据一套光辉的教义共同生活。——守基‧阿芬第，由秘书代笔。
