服务人类不要争论

 If a man sleep, it should not be for pleasure, but to rest the body in order to do better, to speak better, to explain more beautifully, to serve the servants of God and to prove the truths.

睡觉是为了休息身体，好让我们做得更好，讲得更精彩，解释得更美妙，更好地服务上天的仆役们，给他们证实上天的真理。不应把睡眠当作享受来追求。 

 ……有些游戏是无辜的，为了消遣而玩玩并无害处。但危险的是，消遣可能变质为浪费时间。圣道不允许我们浪费时间。然而加强体能的休闲活动，如做运动，则是必需的。 ——阿博都-巴哈

Do not be satisfied until each one with whom you are concerned is to you as a member of your family. Regard each one either as a father, or as a brother, or a sister, or as a mother, or as a child. If you can attain to this your difficulties will vanish; you will know what to do. ——Abdu’l-Baha...

The only difference between members of the human family  is that of degree. Some are like children who are ignorant and must be educated until they arrive at maturity. Some are like the sick and must be treated with tenderness and care. None are bad or evil! We must not be repelled by these poor children. 人类大家庭成员之间的差异，在于程度之不同。有些无知如儿童，需要教育以能成熟。有些像病人，需要细心温柔的照顾。然而没有坏的、邪恶的人。我们不要被这些可怜的孩子们打败了，要以极大的善意对待他们；教导无知的人，细心照顾病者。——阿博都-巴哈。

To be silent concerning the faults of others, to pray for them, and to help them, through kindness, to correct their faults. 

To look always at the good and not at the bad. If a man has ten good qualities and one bad one, to look at the ten and forget the one; and if a man has ten bad qualities and one good one, to look at the one and forget  the ten. ——Abdu’l-Baha..

不要宣扬别人的弱点，要为他祈祷，帮助他，和善地纠正他的错误。

经常看他好的一面，而不是坏的一面。假如他有十个优点一个缺点，那就看那十个优点，忘掉这一个缺点；如果他有十个缺点一个优点，就看这一个优点，忘掉那十个缺点。——阿博都-巴哈。
