超脱

光荣之主啊！请协助我压抑每一个不安份的倾向、驯服每一个叛逆的情欲、淨化每一个动机，让我拥有挑衅不能打乱的平静、苦痛不能战胜的耐性和利益不能动摇的忠诚。

这样，我才有资格为祢效劳，并传扬祢的话语。

主啊！我奔赴祢寻求避难，我的心全在祢的征兆上。

主啊！不管外出、在家，还是从事工作，我都把全副的信心放在祢身上。

因此，请赐予我足够的帮助，好让我独立于一切事物之外，啊！祢的慈悲无可超越的主。

主啊，请根据祢的喜欢，赐予我我的部分，并使我满足于祢注定予我的任何事。

祢是发号命令的绝对权威。

O Lord! Unto Thee I repair for refuge, and toward all Thy signs I set my heart.

O Lord! Whether traveling or at home, and in my occupation or in my work, I place my whole trust in Thee.

 Grant me then Thy sufficing help so as to make me independent of all things, O Thou Who art unsurpassed in Thy mercy!

Bestow upon me my portion, O Lord, as Thou pleasest, and cause me to be satisfied with whatsoever Thou hast ordained for me.

我的上天啊，我的主，我的主人！我已经超然于我的族群，并通过祢设法独立于人世众生之外，时时刻刻准备接受任何在祢眼中，值得称许的事情。赐福予我吧，以便我能除祢之外摆脱一切；从祢无边的恩宠中，给予我充足的一份。诚然，祢是无边的恩宠之主。

O my God, my Lord and my Master!  I have detached myself from my kindred and have sought through Thee to become independent of all that dwell on earth and ever ready to receive that which is praiseworthy in Thy sight.  Bestow on me such good as will make me independent of aught else but Thee, and grant me an ampler share of Thy boundless favors.  Verily, Thou art the Lord of grace abounding.
